A clear path to better sport, greater health, and higher achievement
As a Doctor of Chiropractic with 25 years of sports medicine experience, my passion is to guide people towards a healthier lifestyle. Everybody is unique, with their own strengths and limitations. My method is to build a custom plan based on your health, schedule, and more importantly, fitness goals. I aim to transform your body and influence you to make more mindful decisions when it comes to your health. All of this can be done in the safety of your own home with remote training or in-person where 1-on-1 sessions are available.
I started Latitude Training Systems when I was asked to be an advisor and trainer for my son's travel baseball program. I quickly realized, that even though the group of boys was considered elite in their sport, their fundamental skills, and mechanics that are required to be an elite athlete were inconsistent. Alongside the coaches, my training helped to develop the team to compete at a national level. I created periodized year-long training plan focusing on agility and conditioning, functional mobility, speed development, strength training, and power development.
I am now working directly with the entire travel baseball organization, training athletes from age 9 through age 18. The focus is on Long-Term Athletic Development following the LTS motto
"Train to Win in Life" following the
Latitude LADDER of Success.
After graduating from chiropractic school, I immediately began working with athlete's hoping to integrate my college degree in Human Performance providing my patients with the athletic edge that is needed to become the best that they can be. While in Boston, I became a Certified Back to Basics Golf Specialist and I completed a 2-year long certificate course in Functional Rehabilitation for Athletes. As a Certified Back to Basics Golf Specialist, I worked directly with golf professionals addressing the functional movement weaknesses in their clients' golf swings. When the golf pro had a student that struggled with swing mechanics despite the proper lessons, they referred their clients' to me to have a full-body mechanical analysis performed. I worked directly with the pro in providing a functional training plan to address these faulty movement patterns allowing them to return to their golf lessons. I began to transfer this model of training to my "regular" patients finding success with all types of athletes. I maintain this style of practice to this day.
When I was asked to help train the youth baseball teams, I quickly realized that in order for them to compete at the elite level they wanted to and fulfill their dreams of playing college and/or pro baseball, they needed to develop a strong and powerful core in order to prevent injury and to be able to perform at the highest level. I developed the LTS Speed and Power Program for High School Athletes. This has once again evolved where I transferred this model of training to offer "regular" athletes the same advanced training helping to prevent injuries and to succeed at whatever level of sport they desire.

Latitude Training Systems measures success in performance goals, not in trophies. Athletes develop differently, with research proving that there are optimum periods of peak development in which essential foundational skills need to be established. The clear understanding of proper body mechanics is critical to the successful progression and development in any sport. This needs to be taught and then reinforced through structured and progressive training. Skipping steps can result in future performance failure.
